  • Initial consultation

      • We meet for 90 minutes to remember your loved one, understand where you are, and customize your support needs to know what comes next.
  • Up to 20 hours of hands-on support
    • (Value: $1,500)
      • To be agreed upon together of what kind of support is most helpful whether making calls, document organization, digital filing, etc.
  • Death Certificate Guidance
    • (Value: $30)
      • We identify the number and type of (short vs long) death certificates need to reduce over purchasing and delays from under ordering.
  • Probate checklist
    • (Value: $20)
      • Custom checklist of documents and details you’ll need to have for a lawyer to start the probate process so you walk in feeling prepared; saving time, money, and frustration.
  • Notification Templates
    • (Value: $40)
      • Pre-made templates to notify banks, utilities, and other companies of the death so you have a script and can easily begin all the processes.
  • Customized Timeline & Filing Deadlines
    • (Value: $50)
      • Your timeline to provide peace of mind as you wait to hear back from institutions and avoid late fees and other penalties.
  • Deadline & task reminders
    • (Value: $30)
      • Reminders so that you don’t have to keep everything in your head and avoid more of those late fees and delays in the long process.
  • Check-ins
    • (Value: $70)
      • Brief 5-15 minutes calls or emails (as preferred), to keep you in the know and understand what has been done, what is still in process. The pacing of these will depend on your custom needs.
  • Close out session
    • (Value: $75)
      • One (1) hour meeting to provide a smooth hand-off including the documentation of my work, the status of open processes, and your key contacts.
  • Two (2) follow-up sessions
    • (Value: $150)
      • Up to an hour per session after the 20 hours of hands on support to follow-up on the processes and paperwork submitted, ensuring you are supported even after our time is done.
